Refunds and Cancellation

Last updated 27 August 2026

The short version. Ask within 14 days of paying and you get your money back, no questions and no form to fill in. After that, cancel any time — you keep Pro until the period you paid for runs out, then drop to Free. Your library is never touched either way.

Cancelling

Open the app, go to Plans, and press Manage subscription. That opens Polar's billing portal, where you sign in with the email you paid with — they send you a one-time code — and cancel in a click. You can also get invoices there.

Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not cut you off immediately: you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. On the day it ends, the account drops back to Free.

Nothing in your library is deleted. Every track you analysed, every folder, every saved set stays exactly where it is. The only thing that comes back is the cap on new analysis.

Refunds

The first 14 days

If you ask within 14 days of a payment, you get a full refund. You do not have to explain why. Write to hello@harmoniqdj.com from the address on your account and say you want a refund. That is the entire process.

This applies to your first payment and to a renewal you did not mean to let through.

After 14 days

Fees for a period that has already elapsed are not normally refunded — but write to us anyway if something has gone wrong. A renewal you did not notice, a charge on a month you could not use because the service was broken, a duplicate payment: these get sorted out, and in practice they get sorted out in your favour. Harmoniq is $3 a month. Nobody is going to argue with you over it.

Where the money comes from

Polar Software, Inc. is the merchant of record for every purchase — legally, they are the seller. That means the refund is issued by Polar, back to the card or method you paid with, and any tax that was charged comes back with it.

You can go to us or straight to Polar at support@polar.sh; either way it lands in the same place. Card networks usually take 5–10 working days to show the money back on your statement.

Your statutory rights

Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract — commonly 14 days in the EU and the UK, and under Türkiye's Distance Contracts Regulation. For digital services that start immediately, that right can be waived when you agree to immediate access at checkout, and Polar's checkout asks for that agreement.

None of which changes anything in practice here: our own 14-day policy above is offered to everyone, wherever you live and whatever you agreed to at checkout. It sits on top of your statutory rights, not instead of them.

Chargebacks

You are entitled to dispute a charge with your bank. We would rather you emailed us first — a refund takes a day and a chargeback takes weeks, and the outcome for you is the same. Accounts with an unresolved chargeback are paused until it is settled.

Free accounts

Nothing to refund and nothing to cancel. No card is stored for a Free account. If you want the account gone, email us and it is deleted.

Refunds and card disputes are processed by Polar, the merchant of record. Anything about the service itself — your account, the engine, a bug — comes to us.

If the Turkish and English versions of this text conflict, the Turkish version prevails. This does not remove the protections of the mandatory consumer law where you live.
