Terms of Service

1. Who you are agreeing with
Harmoniq DJ ("Harmoniq", "we") is an independent product, built and run from Türkiye by a working DJ. It is not a company with a support department — it is one person, and you reach that person directly at hello@harmoniqdj.com. Using the service at harmoniqdj.com means you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use it.
Payments are handled separately by Polar Software, Inc., who act as the seller of record for every purchase. Their buyer terms cover the payment itself; these terms cover the service. See section 6.
2. What the service does
Harmoniq detects musical key, BPM and energy in audio files, scores its own confidence in each result, and gives you tools built on those results — a Camelot wheel, a compatibility matrix, a set builder, folders, saved sets, export to DJ software, and a community feed.
Analysis runs on your device. Your audio files are read by your own browser and are not uploaded to any server for analysis. What syncs to your account is the result: key, BPM, energy, confidence, and the file name.
There is one exception, and it is one you choose: if you attach a track to a community post or a direct message, that file is uploaded so it can be delivered. Nothing else uploads audio.
3. Your account
- You need an account to save anything. One person, one account.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or old enough to agree to contracts where you live, whichever is higher.
- Tell us at hello@harmoniqdj.com if you think someone else is in your account.
4. What you can and cannot do
Analyse whatever you legally have. Promos, unreleased edits, bootlegs you made, a friend's WAV — none of that is our business, and none of it reaches our servers.
What is not allowed:
- Posting audio to the community feed that you do not have the right to share. Your own tracks and your own edits are fine; someone else's commercial release is not.
- Harassment, hate, threats, spam, or impersonating another DJ or label.
- Trying to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or getting around the analysis cap on a Free account.
- Reselling Harmoniq or passing off its output as another product.
We can remove content that breaks these rules and, for repeated or serious cases, close the account. Where it is reasonable to do so, you will hear from us before that happens.
5. Your content stays yours
Your music, your analysis results, your sets and your posts belong to you. We claim no ownership of them.
To run the service we need a limited licence to store and display what you post: showing your set on the feed, your avatar on your profile, your track in a message thread. That licence covers operating Harmoniq and nothing else — we do not sell your content, license it on, or train models on your audio. It ends when you delete the content or your account.
6. Pro, billing and cancellation
Free gives you the full toolkit and 200 track analyses. Pro removes the cap on analysis and changes nothing else. Prices are $3 per month or $20 per year, in US dollars.
Polar Software, Inc. is the merchant of record. They are the legal seller for your purchase: they take the payment, charge and remit any applicable tax, issue the invoice, and handle refunds and card disputes. Their buyer terms apply to the transaction.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal — the "Manage subscription" button on the Plans screen inside the app takes you there. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drop back to Free. Nothing in your library is deleted when that happens.

If we ever change the price, existing subscribers are told by email before it affects them, and it never applies to a period already paid for.
7. Availability, and the honest part about accuracy
Harmoniq is run by one person. It will occasionally be down, and features will change. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
Key detection is a judgement, not a measurement. That is exactly why every result carries a confidence score: a low score means the engine is telling you it is unsure, and you should trust your ears over the number. Harmoniq is a tool for your decisions, not a replacement for them. We are not responsible for how a set goes.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Ending it
You can delete your account whenever you want; write to hello@harmoniqdj.com and it is done. Deletion removes your profile, library, folders, sets, posts and messages. It cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks section 4, or if we are legally required to. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of the period.
If Harmoniq ever shuts down, you get at least 30 days' notice by email and a way to export your data, and any prepaid time is refunded.
9. Changes to these terms
When these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and registered users are told by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the new version. If you don't, cancel — and if you were mid-period on Pro, we refund the rest of it.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts and consumer arbitration committees of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away the protections of the mandatory consumer law where you live.
Before anything formal: write to us. Almost everything is fixable by email, usually the same day.

1. Kiminle anlaşıyorsun
Harmoniq DJ ("Harmoniq", "biz"), Türkiye'den, sahne çalan bir DJ tarafından yapılan ve yürütülen bağımsız bir üründür. Destek departmanı olan bir şirket değil — tek kişi, ve o kişiye doğrudan hello@harmoniqdj.com adresinden ulaşırsın. harmoniqdj.com adresindeki hizmeti kullanman bu şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Kabul etmiyorsan kullanma.
Ödemeler ayrıca Polar Software, Inc. tarafından yürütülür; her satın alımda kayıtlı satıcı onlardır. Onların alıcı şartları ödemenin kendisini, bu şartlar ise hizmeti kapsar. Bkz. bölüm 6.
2. Hizmet ne yapıyor
Harmoniq ses dosyalarındaki müzikal tonu, BPM'i ve enerjiyi tespit eder, her sonuç için kendi güvenini puanlar ve bu sonuçların üzerine kurulu araçlar verir — Camelot çarkı, uyumluluk matrisi, set kurucu, klasörler, kayıtlı setler, DJ yazılımlarına aktarım ve bir topluluk akışı.
Analiz senin cihazında çalışır. Ses dosyaların kendi tarayıcın tarafından okunur ve analiz için hiçbir sunucuya yüklenmez. Hesabına eşitlenen şey sonuçtur: ton, BPM, enerji, güven ve dosya adı.
Bunun tek istisnası var ve onu sen seçiyorsun: bir parçayı topluluk gönderisine ya da doğrudan mesaja eklersen, o dosya iletilebilmesi için yüklenir. Bunun dışında hiçbir ses yüklenmez.
3. Hesabın
- Bir şey kaydetmek için hesap gerekir. Bir kişi, bir hesap.
- Şifreni kendine sakla. Hesabın üzerinden yapılan her şey senin yaptığın kabul edilir.
- En az 16 yaşında olmalısın; yaşadığın yerde sözleşme yapabilmek için gereken yaş daha yüksekse o geçerlidir.
- Hesabına başkasının girdiğini düşünüyorsan hello@harmoniqdj.com adresine yaz.
4. Yapabileceklerin ve yapamayacakların
Hukuken elinde olan ne varsa analiz et. Promolar, yayımlanmamış edit'ler, kendi yaptığın bootleg'ler, bir arkadaşının WAV'ı — bunların hiçbiri bizi ilgilendirmez ve hiçbiri sunucularımıza ulaşmaz.
İzin verilmeyenler:
- Paylaşma hakkın olmayan sesi topluluk akışına koymak. Kendi parçaların ve kendi edit'lerin sorun değil; başkasının ticari yayını değil.
- Taciz, nefret, tehdit, spam, ya da başka bir DJ veya plak şirketi gibi davranmak.
- Hizmeti bozmaya, aşırı yüklemeye, kazımaya (scraping) ya da tersine mühendislik yapmaya çalışmak, veya Ücretsiz hesaptaki analiz sınırını dolanmak.
- Harmoniq'i yeniden satmak ya da çıktısını başka bir ürünmüş gibi göstermek.
Bu kuralları çiğneyen içeriği kaldırabilir, tekrarlanan veya ağır durumlarda hesabı kapatabiliriz. Makul olduğu her durumda bu olmadan önce bizden haber alırsın.
5. İçeriğin sende kalır
Müziğin, analiz sonuçların, setlerin ve gönderilerin sana aittir. Bunlar üzerinde hiçbir mülkiyet iddiamız yok.
Hizmeti çalıştırabilmek için paylaştığın şeyi saklamak ve göstermek üzere sınırlı bir lisansa ihtiyacımız var: setini akışta göstermek, avatarını profilinde göstermek, parçanı bir mesaj dizisinde iletmek. Bu lisans yalnızca Harmoniq'i işletmeyi kapsar, başka hiçbir şeyi — içeriğini satmayız, başkasına lisanslamayız ve sesin üzerinde model eğitmeyiz. İçeriği ya da hesabını sildiğinde lisans sona erer.
6. Pro, faturalama ve iptal
Ücretsiz plan bütün araçları ve 200 parça analizini verir. Pro yalnızca analiz sınırını kaldırır, başka hiçbir şeyi değiştirmez. Fiyatlar ABD doları cinsinden ayda 3 dolar ya da yılda 20 dolardır.
Kayıtlı satıcı Polar Software, Inc.'tir. Satın alımının hukuki satıcısı onlardır: ödemeyi alır, uygulanabilir vergiyi tahsil edip beyan eder, faturayı düzenler, iadeleri ve kart itirazlarını yürütürler. İşleme onların alıcı şartları uygulanır.
Abonelikler sen iptal edene kadar kendiliğinden yenilenir. İstediğin an fatura portalından iptal edebilirsin — uygulamadaki Planlar ekranında yer alan "Aboneliği yönet" düğmesi seni oraya götürür. İptal, bir sonraki tahsilatı durdurur; zaten ödediğin dönemin sonuna kadar Pro'da kalır, sonra Ücretsiz'e dönersin. Bu olduğunda kütüphanendeki hiçbir şey silinmez.
İadeler İade ve İptal sayfasında açıklanmıştır.
Fiyatı değiştirirsek, mevcut abonelere kendilerini etkilemeden önce e-posta ile haber verilir ve yeni fiyat halihazırda ödenmiş bir döneme asla uygulanmaz.
7. Erişilebilirlik, ve doğruluk hakkında dürüst kısım
Harmoniq'i tek kişi yürütüyor. Zaman zaman kapalı olacak ve özellikler değişecek. Kesintisiz hizmet vaat etmiyoruz.
Ton tespiti bir ölçüm değil, bir yargıdır. Her sonucun bir güven puanı taşımasının sebebi tam olarak budur: düşük puan, motorun sana emin olmadığını söylemesidir, ve o noktada sayıdan çok kulağına güvenmelisin. Harmoniq senin kararların için bir araçtır, kararlarının yerine geçmez. Bir setin nasıl gittiğinden sorumlu değiliz.
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde zımni garantileri hariç tutuyoruz ve herhangi bir talep için toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğduğu tarihten önceki on iki ayda bize ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Buradaki hiçbir ifade, hukuken sınırlandırılamayacak sorumluluğu sınırlamaz — hile, ve ihmalden kaynaklanan ölüm veya bedensel zarar dahil.
8. Sonlandırma
Hesabını istediğin zaman silebilirsin; hello@harmoniqdj.com adresine yaz, yapılır. Silme; profilini, kütüphaneni, klasörlerini, setlerini, gönderilerini ve mesajlarını kaldırır. Geri alınamaz, o yüzden saklamak istediğin ne varsa önce dışa aktar.
Bölüm 4'ü çiğneyen bir hesabı, ya da hukuken zorunlu olduğumuz durumlarda bir hesabı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Ücretli bir hesabı senin kusurun olmayan bir sebeple kapatırsak, dönemin kullanılmayan kısmını iade ederiz.
Harmoniq bir gün kapanırsa, en az 30 gün önceden e-posta ile haber verilir, verini dışa aktarmanın bir yolu sunulur ve peşin ödenmiş süre iade edilir.
9. Bu şartlardaki değişiklikler
Bu şartlar esaslı biçimde değiştiğinde yukarıdaki tarih değişir ve kayıtlı kullanıcılara yürürlüğe girmesinden en az 14 gün önce e-posta ile haber verilir. Bu tarihten sonra hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmen yeni sürümü kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Kabul etmiyorsan iptal et — Pro'da dönem ortasındaysan kalanını iade ederiz.
10. Hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar
Bu şartlara Türk hukuku uygulanır; Türkiye mahkemeleri ve tüketici hakem heyetleri yetkilidir. Başka bir ülkede tüketici isen, bu hüküm yaşadığın yerdeki emredici tüketici hukukunun sana sağladığı korumaları ortadan kaldırmaz.
Resmî hiçbir şeye başlamadan önce: bize yaz. Neredeyse her şey e-posta ile, çoğunlukla aynı gün çözülüyor.
